Today Pakistan is asking for its youth and middle class to come out and help their country against the present corrupt system. Youth and students can tranform this country into a liberal, democratic and modern country.

Transportation

·          Cars above 1300cc will be banned. Every alternate day will be a dry a day in which no private cars will be allowed to be driven.
·          Culture of bicycles will be introduced and encouraged.
·          Better public transport will be made available for the public.
·          Public parking places will be made, built and operated by contracted local companies of international standards. High parking fee will be fixed to encourage people to use public transport or bicycles.
·          Every vehicle will have an obligatory annual inspection which will be done by the government contracted companies.

    For the flat areas of the commentary this is a wonderful piece of advice. Culture of bikes to control the petroleum imports as well as to preserve the environment will be great. Existing roads will be sufficient for some time with minimum maintenance cost in the coming years. Pakistan need some these revolutionary steps immediately.

    An extraordinary ban on all fuel consuming vehicles other than motor cycles and public transport system may be enforced and a good public transport may be introduced by government with the collaboration of businessmen.

    Every car will be mandatory insured by an insurance company. These companies will be given licences to work in the country.
    Every car owner will pay heavy road every year. This tax money collected will be used to established road infrastructure and digitization of the vehicle record.
